Property manager is ineffective and for some reason replaced every few months. My neighbors love playing loud music bass heavy music at all hours of the night and despite my numerous complaints, nothing is done. I recommend avoiding this place. Edit: Management has recently gotten serious about the issue with my neighbors. Huge shout out to Rae, who has been super helpful and communicative!

Rae, I want to acknowledge you for being such a wonderful manager. In the few months that sheâs been here, I see changes that Iâve been hoping for. Parking is better, neighbors are more respectful of the rules, and my work orders are being tended to promptly. You make office visits so pleasant, and I so enjoy talking with you each time we meet. I hope your managers know how special you are, and how much youâll be missed if you should ever leave.

This complex is a good deal for small families or singles. Washers and dryers in the units and the management works to keep the place quiet. The parking is limited but the property is small and that's just the way it is. There is street parking available when needed. School bus stops right out front.

I currently live here and I enjoy my apartment very much. The manager is very nice and on top of all maintence requests. I have just resigned my lease and my rent has stayed the same with a slight increase of water and garbage. For the most part neighbors in the complex are quiet. Itâs very centrally located to the highways. There is also a cute park next door.
